Suitable for anti-corrosion protection on metal surfaces such as color steel tile roofs, galvanized roofs,guardrails, steel and Iron structures.
Clean the surface, use low-pressure spraying, brushing, and rolling methods to apply this product on the surface of rusted steel workpieces. It will dry to form a black protective film in 20 to 30 minutes, and the rust removal will be completed after 3 to 4 hours. Then subsequent painting processes can be carried out. For those with higher requirements you can apply it once again at an interval of 30 minutes.
This product is a compound acid, advised to wear gloves, and eye protection, If this product comes in contact with the skin or eyes rinse it immediately with clean water and soap, This product will leave stains when it comes into contact with skin, clothing, wood, cement. Keep out of the reach of children to prevent accidental eating. Dispose empty buckets safely as per local regulations
This product should be stored in a ventilated and cool indoor place above 0 degree celcius and the storage temperature should not be lower than 5 degree celcius. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight. shelf life is 18months.
